Around The World In 16 Shaves
How people shave and trim in countries around the globe.
Earlier this summer, Photocrowd.com and Captain Fawcett organised a global photo competition called Barbers of the World, calling for images that show barbers and barbershops working their trade in the age-old art of shaving.
Last month, they announced the winners, whose photographs show the starkly different ways in which people groom each other.
Here is a collection of some of the best images — from street barbers in India to barbershops in the United States — including the two winners.
